First / Premium Grade: As the name suggests, these are the cream of the crop. Perfect to look at, perfect to eat!
Second / Baking Grade: Same taste as our first grade berries with just a few little blemishes or variant colours.
Field / UnGraded: Straight from the field, as real as they come. These berries haven’t quite made the initial cut.

The BioGro logo guarantees that our blueberries are grown without the routine use of synthetic pesticides or genetic modification. It is the mark of a genuine organic product.

At True Earth we have a commitment to constant improvement when it comes to sustainability. We now offer two options for our blueberry packaging.
We have chosen a leading New Zealand punnet company Flight Plastics to produce our blueberry punnets. We are proud to be part of a circular economy and are pleased that our punnets are fully recyclable.
Flight Plastics has NZ’s first PET recycling plant and can now recycle New Zealand’s PET food and beverage packaging repeatedly, closing the loop for plastic PET packaging in New Zealand. Find out more here.

We have always had very strict controls in place to ensure all fruit is picked and packed in a hygienic way. You can take comfort in knowing that our our berries are hygienically handled. Our staff are health checked on arrival to work and fill in a daily health declaration form. All picking trolleys and containers are sanitised and allocated to the individual staff member for the day. Hand washing and hand sanitising are done on a regular basis. Our packing lines are sanitised before, during and after packing. Masks are worn on our packing lines. All tearoom and bathroom facilities are cleaned and sanitised after each break.
