Shipping & Return FAQs

  • Due to the freshness of our product, we can only deliver to physical locations within the North Island.

    PO Boxes and rural addresses are also a no-go due to the perishable nature of fresh blueberries.

    If you have any special delivery instructions please advise when placing your order.

    Please be aware that your blueberries need to be refrigerated as soon as they are delivered to maintain freshness.

  • We offer FREE shipping on all deliveries. However, we do have a minimum spend of $45.

  • Your order will be processed within 24-hours, with shipping taking place from Monday to Wednesday.

    Occasionally a product may be out of stock due to weather delays. If this is the case, you will be advised at the time of ordering that an additional 2-3 days will be required to fulfil the order, or provided a refund as an alternative option.

    Due to the perishable nature of blueberries, orders received on Thursday to Sunday, and Public Holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

    We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change and we will contact you should this arise.

    All orders will be sent by courier.

  • In the event that any product arrives damaged, please keep all damaged goods and packaging and contact us immediately.

    Please ensure that delivery is to a secure address as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has reached its destination.
